Corner Handicap (2.5) in Football Sports Betting
Corner Handicap (2.5) is a football betting market where one team starts the match with a virtual handicap of ±2.5 corners. The final result is determined after adding or subtracting the handicap from each team’s total corners.
Because the handicap is 2.5, there is no possibility of a draw (push).
How It Works
Home Team (-2.5) Corners
The home team starts with -2.5 corners.
This means they must finish with at least 3 more corners than the away team for your bet to win.
Formula:
- Home Corners − 2.5 vs Away Corners
Away Team (+2.5) Corners
The away team starts with +2.5 corners.
Your bet wins if the away team:
- Wins the corner count outright.
- Draws on corners.
- Loses by one or two corners.
