This bet focuses only on the 3rd quarter of a basketball game. The bookmaker sets a line of 31.5 total points, and you predict whether the combined points scored by both teams in that quarter will be:
- Over 31.5 → 32 points or more
- Under 31.5 → 31 points or less

Over 31.5 (Q3 Total)
- Team A scores: 18 points
- Team B scores: 16 points
- Total = 34 points
You WIN (because 34 > 31.5)
